csi10 have been asked to help find a person who has experience in helping develop and manage customer relationships to a mutually profitable outcome. Whilst always looking for new opportunities the person must be adept at managing the service expectations and actual delivery to a set of very demanding clients. A background in IT infrastructure and IT service delivery will be important as will the ability to demonstrate that you can marshal a set of different departments and resources into one seamless service for the customer.
